If you sell any form of digital products, you need this app. It instantly delivers the product to customers for you, however, if you have a large volume of orders at once you may need to manually resend links to customers from time to time. Overall, very dependable and convenient!

Very happy with this app so far. It is easy to upload digital files, connect them to products, and set a download limit for customers. I especially like that I can limit downloads to 3 times per customer, which works perfectly for my digital products. Everything has been simple to set up and works as expected.

Go back to the old version where under each product i could copy a digital download link!!!! I used the url all the time to send large files!!!

It's been generally positive, although there are some weak points.
1. The upload speed is very slow. I am uploading approx 4gb videos and it takes ages, compared to uploading to e.g. Google Drive or Dropbox or WeTransfer.
2. There is no way to automatically send a download email to anyone who has pre-ordered a video. i.e. the customer preorders before the video is upploaded to Digital Downloads.
3. The 5GB limit is a bit limiting. I am selling performance videos and it means I have to limit the video quality for longer shows.
4. There is no way to set up an alert when, for example, a customer downloads a video a certain number of times or tries to download it from overseas. Limiting the number of downloads presents support problems as many customers try and download to a phone and the video starts streaming. They use up their limit quickly and I have to get involved to sort it out.
5. Overall, the app feels clunky, but it just about satisfies my requirements, and it's included at no extra charge. I certainly wouldn't want to pay for it.

It works well, but will be better if it allows customized delivery like Filemonk does.

great product! There is some bugs when adding files and sometimes files messes through multiple producs and bugs happens it is Okay :). Problem is later to find what is wrong. I can usually do it properly with running query through any AI agent but I cannot export simple CSV with product name vs name of the file attached to the product. It will help ALOT i think to everyone and really simple improvement to you to input without loosing clients throught migration to the other tool.
Possibility to send updated product to the client is blessing

I'm a musician selling digital downloads of my music. I set this app up once, and never had to fix anything or get help, and it works smoothly every time!

It does what it is meant to do and does it reliably. When I started, some of the instructions and configuration did not seem as simple as they could have been, but once I understood the methodology, it's very easy to use and has never got anything wrong – which is very important for my shop.

Be nice if you can add a image to multiple variants at once. other wise works great
