PCゲームのDownload販売をするためにこのアプリを導入しました。
Download回数制限など、最低限の機能はついています。
ただ、shopify本体の注文履歴は削除できますが、このアプリ内のorder履歴の削除は出来ません。
アップデートの希望が一つあります。
Downloadのリンクの有効期限を、○○日後まで有効というような設定が欲しいです。

Digital Downloadersを使ってみて
結論でいえばDigitalコンテンツの販売がこのアプリを使うと簡単に実現します。とても便利でオススメします。
ただし問題点も多く混在します。まず商品リストの商品名を変更するとアプリのリストに反映されない!つまり商品名は永遠に訂正できない!
アップロードしたアタッチメントデータを削除しないで商品を削除すると、アプリのリストに削除した商品名が永遠に記載され続ける!
商品全て削除削除し、新規作成しない限り訂正手段がない!その場合、順番も変えれないのでチェックリストとして機能しない!
など、考えられないバグが存在します。このような問題があるので使用に際して、気楽に商品名を入力するとあとで訂正するのに大変な労力が必要なので使用する方は、この点を十分注意してください。
この点がなければ、とても機能的に優れてアプリなので早急の改善望みます。

Great app, however it would be better if there was an option to sell a downloadable link as well, 5GB per product isn't enough for someone who is selling project files online.

I did all the configuration of the app, but the email is not being sent automatically to my client, could someone help me? How should I proceed?

Thank you for reaching out and writing your review. In order to have the digital file automatically sent to your customer after they complete their purchase, you need to enable the "Automatically create fulfillments" option in the app's settings. This will ensure a download link is emailed to the customer immediately. More information on this can be found here: https://bit.ly/3e2fjEf.

Work great but the notifications email should look more professional and a download link in the user account would be a really nice addition because resending an email because the customer lost his download link is counter productive

App is good for the most part but im having issues with customers not getting the download link or the download link not working sometimes. Whats up with that?

Not working how it is intended. It was a waste of my time setting up my products, and if I would have gone live with this - It would have been a disaster.
I did reach out to support, who told me "Yep, looks like a problem on our end". But judging from the reviews - this looks like an ongoing issue for months now. Not really comforting. Just ended downloaded a different app and it worked as intended.
