Great App so far. I have a question though, is it possible that customers are also able to download the file from their accounts-orders page?
Hey, there! I'm afraid this isn't built into the app at the current time and would require quite a bit of custom coding. If this feature is important to you, there may be a different digital downloads app that can do this. For some reason, my customers are not receiving the digital file attachment after purchase. Upon checking on their order in Shopify, I see there is note stating, "This order has no digital attachments" despite me confirming that the file is attached to the product in the settings for download. I am having to send URLs manually. However, when I create an order manually, the details do indicate there is a file attached and the file is sent automatically with an email sent.

Good while it lasted. I used this digital download app for downloadable purchases and freebies on my blog using the Shopify Lite (Buy Button) only plan. Unfortunately, effective end of May 2021 this app doesn't work anymore for Shopify lite/Buy button only users so I have to find an alternative. Otherwise, my experience with Shopify digital downloads was great...while it lasted.

Great App that has made feeling digital goods very easy to my shop.
I wish there was a way to sell items that are unique behind one product instead of duplicating many of the products so that they get individualized download links using this app. Who know maybe in the future it can be added.

Very good application and easy to use but I would have liked that it requires the customer info as the name and email before downloading because it's what I needed. But otherwise very easy to use

Doesn't work for me anymore, I get 500 error every time I use the thing. It fixed after a day itself but i can't use in the webpage like i used to be able to, i have to access it through the shopify website. weird
Great app - need a few changes !!
* Need to add a Clear or Delete option to the Download Dashboard !!
* Payments need to be verified BEFORE sending the download link !!
Great little app, the only downside for me is that the link to the download is not stored in a customers account.

Would like to see:
CDN Option for an external link
Ability to select from something already uploaded
Not having to upload a pdf (in my case) for each variant
Direct link to downloadable product from My Account page
Great app! But there needs to be a way to limit individual customer downloads. Pleas make this update!!!!!!
