We've been using it for a LONG TIME, but it always had some issues. If you do not have loads of downloads and you are not afraid of reuploading files (because they WILL vanish), and files randomly corrupting (like one of the files from a zip document going completely missing) then this is the app for you
I liked very much. Is easy to use and works fine.
One improvement I would do is to put a order search bar to go directly to an order and not having to scroll all the way down, some times many pages, to find an order and solve a problem. The rest is awesome. thanks!
Works, but has issues. Not fully compatible with Flow. We use Flow to capture payment only once an order has been shipped. For orders that contain a mix of shipped and digital items, the digital items get stuck as "unfulfilled" as Digital Downloads appears to only fulfill items if payment is immediately captured at order creation. Even after we manually press fulfill on digital items, nowhere in the timeline is the emailing of the download links logged.
