Non-existent support tried to email all channels no one responds so it's a bit limiting no knowledge base as well.

Nice Tool, but could be better, but can cause issues.
Unclear where and what was installed.
Support NEVER response - so do not expect any help.

The Capture VAT short-code did not work as instructed. I did not get an answer from the support chat. Have been waiting for days.
