Excellent support, I am really happy with the app and the developer(s).

We had some extra needs (printing a qr-code generated from the license-file on a pdf that is being delivered with the order).

When I mentioned it, the developer instantly started developing the feature for us and delivered it within a week. With no extra costs.

This product met most of our needs out of the box. Unfortunately, we started using it right at our busiest time of the year. Which means we didn't really have time to test it thoroughly.

However, when we encountered our first problem, I reached out to support. Not only did they respond quickly, they also found and implemented a solution right away. They even went back and fixed a few things from past orders. It was amazing.

Then.. we discovered we really needed a feature that would allow us to export the orders and all the keys associated with each order. I asked for help finding a way to do it. Turns out, the featured didn't exist at all. But instead of just having to deal with it, they wrote the feature into the product. It has saved us HOURS of time in fulfillment and has streamlined our processes.

Having software that does what it is supposed to do is great. But having a team BEHIND it that is responsive, flexible, fast, and invested in our success is what makes the difference! Lots of software apps out there. But there are not a lot of teams like this one who really stand by their product and support their customers.

Unfortunately managing license codes is very buggy and it's not possible to see how many codes are left or which codes have already been used.
