Excellent Support and Willingness to Improve
I've been using the Digitally app to deliver digital files for my online courses, and while there were a few bumps getting things working exactly as needed, the customer support has been excellent throughout. Bangash was responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to improving the experience for both me and my customers.
They took the time to fix multiple issues (including the pesky "Default Title" and name field display) and were open to feedback about new features. When I asked about a "Download All" option to make things easier for my course participants, they not only said yes—but also committed to adding the feature within a couple of days. That kind of responsiveness really stands out.
If you're looking for a digital delivery app with a support team that listens and acts on suggestions, I definitely recommend giving Digitally a try.

Digitally has been an incredible tool for us to deliver one time usage codes to our customers to redeem for movie tickets. Our use case was not standard for the product but they were able to plug in perfectly and actually provided some custom development work to include a QR along with our access codes to allow for redemption at the theater. Overall, it's a phenomenal app with an incredible team behind it.
I had issues with one of my digital products custom links not being able to be deleted to only show the new updated link. The rep, Bangash, helped me fix the issue. I found another issue after I finished my chat when him and he assisted me again right away to fix that issue.
Great customer service. The app needs some improvement, but it does what is needed for my small amount of digital products.
We've been in e-commerce business for 9 years. This is by far the best app/dev/customer experience we've experienced. App delivers seamlessly. User feedback is promptly considered by the dev and updates have been consistently released. Highly recommend if you're looking for a solid team behind a product that is meant for assisting you with digital product sales and delivery.
