The operation is very simple. I just started using it. The customer service responded promptly. I hope it can continue to provide good service.
I really enjoyed this app when there was the option to use it for free - the post-purchase customizations were all so cute and happy! I especially loved the confetti and the note from the shop owner to display on the order confirmation page. But now it's $29.99 per month regardless of sales volume; and since I only receive a couple of orders per month at this point, that expense is completely unjustifiable for me now :(
Dinosell has recently introduced a pricing plan after being free for 2 years.
As we focus on continuous improvement based on user feedback, the growth of our platform and the addition of additional features and services have led us to implement pricing.

Regrettably, at present, we no longer offer a free plan for Dinosell. To ensure uninterrupted access to our app, we kindly request your acceptance of the new pricing plan.

In an effort to address your concerns proactively, I personally reached out to our team to explore the possibility of offering a discounted pricing plan tailored to your needs.

The app is pretty simple and easy to use. Customer support was responsive and helpful. It could use a couple more customizable elements, like the option to remove or add a timer to the up-sell widget, but other than that, I am satisfied with the app.

Recommended the app to a couple of ecommerce stores - thats how much I like it! Love the widgets to collect birthday which integrates with Klaviyo, and how easy it is to customise the Thank you page.
