Great support, great app. You can edit the thank-you page to fit your needs. You can also add upsells, cross-sells and give a discount for next orders. Had some issues but them team solved it quickly.

I think is the best app to personalize costumer experience "thank you page" that generate additional sells, retention, and loyalty.

This app is honestly the best. It does what every other Post Purchase Upsell app does, but for free! Customer support is responsive, there are a ton of customization options, there are no bugs. It takes just a few minutes to show up on the checkout page. I love it!

I tried Dinosell because it was the cheapest (well, free) app for reconverting customers after they checkout. It was pretty good but I didn't like the branding, so I went to a different app. Oh boy, the other app was terrible user experience and support. So I came back to Dinosell and asked if branding could be removed. Anand from Dinosell removed it in seconds after I asked, and now the checkout experience looks absolutely amazing. My favourite part is the little confetti! Thanks team. Definitely sticking with you guys now.

This app is easier to setup that all of the ones we've tested out so far. Really liking the amount of customisations you can do and customer support is great! Can't wait to see how well it works compared to pre-purchase upsell

It's my first time trying this kind of app and I must say I'm surprised ! Allow you to create a very personalized and fun thank you page which will put the lights on your brand compared to your competitors. Customer service is amazing, thank you and keep up !

Dinosell offers good potential but you need to contact customer support to change the default settings in CSS.
'Powered by Dinosell' on each individual widget is not shown on the app preview. Default graphics and font sizes could do with toning down to give great first time impressions.

Hello

Actually, all the issues you mentioned are resolvable. But I checked with all the customer support agents and found out that you haven't contacted us.

1. The Dinosell branding can be removed. Since we have not introduced a pricing plan for Dinosell we are giving the premium version for free for a limited period of time.

2.The circle graphics in the discount code box can be removed using additional CSS.

3. The size of the discount code text can be changed using additional CSS.

We have provided provision in all widgets to add additional CSS for design requirements.
