We've been using co-op for cross-promotion with other high quality brands as well as upselling our own products and surveying our customers. Most recently we launched a transactional upsell email integration with some positive early results. The design is elegant, the installation process was so easy, and most importantly we've seen many new customers and upsells come through as a result! We're excited to continue to find brands that align with our brand.
Co-op was an easy win for us. We're getting in front of the highest value audiences in ecomm — active shoppers — and are doing with guaranteed profitability. Zero risk.
I can't recommend Co-op enough. They've been incredibly innovative in their space and allowed us to transform the way we acquire customers. We can now partner with hundreds of similar brands at ease, on top of the great upsell widgets that they provide. We consolidated a handful of apps that we previously used now into Co-Op. Truly recommend this if you have a Shopify store

I am a big believer in cooperation and upsell opportunities between D2C brands. I have tried a couple of tools that try to achieve this and co-op is by far the one that has been able to execute this best. Not only is their platform the cleanest and easiest to use, but the network of brands is the best we've seen. As more brands continue to join, their offering will only get better.
co-op has been super innovative in allowing us to transform our thank you page into a customer acquisition flywheel. The ability to partner with incredible brands and speak to a very similar customer has opened up an entirely new channel for us to leverage outside of Facebook. It’s one thing to provide an upsell tool or a survey tool, but co-op has succeeded in creating a true one-stop shop for the post-purchase experience allowing us to accomplish all of our goals through one platform.
Finally, a Shopify app that values best-in-class UI and design. I’ve been waiting for something that adequately speaks to our brand positioning and aesthetic. The user interface is beautiful and seamless, it just feels so good to use. It really shows co-op’s attention to detail and acts as a reflection of the amazing brands that are on the platform. In addition to the beautiful user experience, we’ve been able to tap into an entirely new channel to acquire customers and reach our desired segments. On top of that, we have access to upsell, survey tools to drive real measurable incremental revenue. Great app!
Pretty great experience overall so far. We're currently using the Disco Feed (we've seen a handful of sales come in each month) and the post-purchase upsell feature.
