Customer Service was very prompt on this app. I had a question about how the BXGX would work and gave my examples of what I needed. They were responsive and said my exact scenario wasn't in their app currently but that they would update it so it worked for me. Fantastic! Within a few days I got a response that it was working. I would highly recommend this app for your campaigns.

So far so good. I'm just starting, but setup was a breeze and customer service was great and helped integrate it with my side cart.

The support/developers of this app are very professional, honest, and conversational. Their app works without bugs or doesn't give your store any negative effects and this app is very easy to set up. So far, so good. It's easy to use and helped me add the free gift option to my website. So I am very pleased with the outcome thus far. I also like that they have a free price plan option (revenue based) for smaller businesses like mine. All those app add-ons really add up! I haven't tried the other features yet, but I certainly plan on it. Especially the flash sale feature.
