Enabling tiered pricing, huge volume discounts and other features supporting my store a lot and boosting the revenue. I am fully satisfied with this app and customer support is amazing.
The app has been working pretty well but there are orders that slip through and the discount doesn't kick in. Which results in the customer having to email me and complain about being overcharged (sometimes $30 which is a lot) and then I have to go refund that amount. Support has given me no reason as to why that happens, just claim its because of ShopPay or PayPal. All orders are paid via ShopPay or PayPal so that doesn't make any sense. I'd love to figure out the issue and then this app would receive 5 stars.
Used this app to get the tags like Buy X and Get Y which is basically good strategy on the products to turn visitors into sales.
Does the job well. Really good customer service. IT team put the app in no problem quick and efficient. Job well done thank you
Quantity Breaks App helped me improve the number of sales by showing quantity discounts to the customers.
Very easy to automate the quick updates on the pricing of the products. Management was smooth with the automatic discount option.
Sometimes its not working. And that means i lose a client if it isn't working, because im promising discounts if people buy more and when they don't see discounts they think im lying to them. Why is it so hard for shopify to just make multiple automated discounts possible?
Update: I tried to contact support, but all 3 button/links on the app are not working.

I recommend it to everyone as many free pop up apps are not so user friendly and are quite complicated
After an initial flurry to customise the app for our store, which seemed helpful (which is why this review is 2 starts not 1), customer support became ridiculously slow, and actually caused us to lose sales. The app caused a malfunction in cart - showing cart empty. QD did not announce when they were working on the site which adversely affected our customers, too. We have had no response over a week after telling them about the malfunction so have now have deleted the app.
We sincerely apologize for the misuderstanding. Our application does not make changes to the code and could not cause such issues with the cart.

I have used this app for a while now and it seems like the discount isn't applied more often than it is applied leading to frustrated customers. Sorry that I cannot recommend.

The discount might not be applied because of PayPal, ShopPay or Goggle Pay as all similar apps don't work with these express options.
