Works just as you would hope, has amazing functionality and add ons, plus the development team is extremely helpful and responsive!
We're truly sorry you ran into this - that's genuinely frustrating, and we understand. We experienced a connectivity issue that affected some users in your region, which has now been resolved. While we had a failover in place, it didn't work as it should have in this case. We've identified the cause and are implementing a fix.
At any time, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team directly with the names of the campaigns you want deactivated - we're happy to deactivate any sales on your behalf.
Because this is the second time you've been affected, we'd like to offer you a refund for this month. Please reach out to our support team and we'll take care of it.
