**update after 1 month** still waiting for the refund of the double charge. after installing, encountered payment issues as they require me to make separate payment to get the stack discount feature. after payment, it was still not accessible to my account and they say payment was not captured. payment was deducted from my bank 2 times. hopefully I can get my refund for the double charge. was told stack discount will be granted quickly after payment. didn't happen at all and still waiting for confirmation on what is going on. code work in cart but does not apply when proceeding with checkout. reported issue to them but didn't get any acknowledgement of issue. so many issues and i am left hanging without any reply. never had such a horrible experience with any app developers before.
Very limited team and unclear working hours. Needed to contact several times to have things managed properly. Considering a paid app, and not a cheap one, that was too late and at the end we searched for a more suitable solution.
Very useful app, customer service ready to help, I wrote to Lichi, very good.
At the moment I have not encountered any problems.

Does not know the thing why I Added this in the first place. And the description is missleading easy to miss this detial, the feature I need has a "$28 One-Time Setup Fee" so 4,90 wasted for nothing, I don't think ill use it , just cancelling it quickly in next month .
Update: after reading "New Bark City"'s feedback I rather just deleted it, I don't play russian roulette with my page,plusz every feature is "extra money". so 4.90 is wasted = one star.
Needs the highest level + $28 to apply multiple discounts. Ridiculous! One extra star for near-instant customer service. EDIT: In reply to the developer's reply below: If you want to be able to apply multiple discounts in one purchase, then yes, you *do* need to choose the highest tier. Also, the amount of email I've had from the developer since uninstalling is enough to have me look for the block option in my mail program.
Hi there, All app charges are very clearly mentioned in the app pricing page. We have so many features like discounts field on the cart page, stacked discounts, automatic discounts, multi-currency, discount popups, and more.
You can choose the plan that best suits your needs based on the features you need. You do not necessarily need to choose the highest plan. Regarding support, we have live chat support available for more than 10 hours per day. You can also request a callback, setup a 1:1 session with our technical team which will be happy to setup the app however you want.
Prices in the app are higher than listed in the store or on their webpage. Once you install, the prices are $8.90, $13.90, and $18.90. Bait and switch.
