Kevin (the developer) went way above the normal standards of service provided by most apps, or any business for that matter.
Kevin basically re-coded the app for me, so it worked with our other third-party apps and our third party checkout, this is something I've bee trying to pay independent developers to do for months, no one else could do it... but Kevin did it, and for FREE! I'm blown away by this company... If you are considering this app, I 100% advise you to get it.

This app is very easy to use. Customer support is great. They reply almost immediately and start working on the problem while you wait.
The app works great and solves some of Shopify's important shortcomings. The customer support is absolute stelar. They went above and beyond with me to solve issues that, as I found out, were not even related to their app. A five star team! Great support!
Great developer support and an app that works as described. Definitely has improved conversion rates by making it easier for people to find where to input discount codes.
I have been using this app for three years, and it's great, no issues from their end. The live chat is very helpful. Whenever you have a problem, or you need a theme update, they are always quick to fix the app or set it up.
Worked well for us for two years. We may have had a glitch that is preventing us from using it but the support has been great with helping us try to resolve this issue. Hopefully we can use this app again moving forward.
