Die App funktioniert super und OHNE POBLEME. Leicht zu bedienen und alles verständlich. Artur vom Support ist einfach unglaublich!
Kaum kontaktiert schon da und in wenigen Augenblicken ist alles Erledigt. Wobei ich sagen muss, den Support hatte ich für custom Einstellungen benötigt und nicht ein mal wegen technischen Problemen, en wie gesagt, die App läuft einwandfrei.
Great app with smooth integration. It works really well and fits nicely into the store experience. I especially like that it also supports the cart drawer, which makes the checkout flow more convenient for customers.
The support team has also been very helpful. I needed some adjustments to the position of the discount field on the cart page, and they helped me customize it quickly. Overall, a solid app with great support. Highly recommended!
Excellent app! Super easy to set up! Before I installed this, I would often have customers ask me where to enter their discount code. This definitely helps with conversions. Great customer service if you have questions too. I couldn't figure out why my mobile zoom quit working after installing it. There's a setting in the app to allow zoom on mobile because it disables it by default. Just toggle that, and it restores it. I reached out to customer service to ask about pinch-zoom before I found that setting. But they got back to me right away, so if you need help, it's there.
To start using the app you will follow a pretty useful 'setup tutorial' where you select the right spaces of your website. Then it integrates perfectly with your website right after. However, I experiences an issue where the app wouldn't update my cart drawer and cart page, likely due to my theme. Arthur has helped me sort this out easily and perfectly by making the necessary adjustments to the app, quick and proffesionally. Truly a blast of an experience. The app has some pretty and high quality animations also. I definetely recommend!
Awesome app. This is a really important use case for lots of merchants. I tried a bunch of apps for this and Dcart is the best. The support I got from Arthur on a couple customizations I had was super hiqh quality.... jumped in to help quickly and treated me like my project was really important. If you need this functionality in your cart / cart drawer Dcart is the way to go.
Wir haben heute hunderte Emails aufgrund eines Newsletters erhalten, dass unsere Rabattcodes nicht funktionieren und nicht in den Checkout übertragen werden. Die App funktioniert anscheinen nicht für alle Geräte gleichermaßen und schafft es nicht für alle den Rabattcode in den Checkout zu transportieren.
Thank you for your feedback. We have reviewed our storefront code, and everything works as expected. Since you are using a shipping discount, which applies only to certain countries, Shopify automatically removes the code during checkout if the user is from an unsupported country.
Over the 11 months that you've used our app, no other users have reported similar issues with discounts. This appears to be an isolated case related to your specific discount setup.

Easily solves a nice UX feature, making it more clear for customers that their discount has been applied before reaching checkout.

Arthur vous fait la couleur que vous désirez pour intégrer Dcart à votre panier. En revanche ne vous attendez pas - comme je l'ai cru bêtement - avoir le pop up du site de démo. Cela dépend du panier de votre thème, et non de l'appli.
J'ai aussi l'appli de gift card hero, de Syncube. Elle est vraiment top également. Arthur est redoutablement efficace. C'est même flippant, on se demande s'il respire parfois
This app has compatibility issue with a wholesale app we use, and caused the wholesale order having discount code auto-applied, and resulted in big lost on us.
We uninstalled the app and still found in some circumstance it would happen again. We hired developer to look into it and was told there were legacy code from the app causing trouble.
We need to remove all the legacy code from this app, however we have no how to contact them (hence has to write a review) or any support document available for our developers.

Dear Gioia Wall Art, we're absolutely understand your concerns. Incompatibility with other apps may happen sometimes. However, our app uses theme extensions which doesn't leave any legacy code in your theme files after uninstallation. Once you uninstall the app all storefront is cleared.

This is the best app on the market for showing discounts in the cart. It's very easy to use and very reasonably priced. The guys at Syncube, especially Arthur, have been amazing with requests I've made for personal tweaks. I would highly recommend this app and any app developed by Syncube.
