Amai Bulk Discount & Sales

Yesterday we had an unexpected issue with another app (Sale Rack) that malfunctioned and severely messed up the prices for our entire store of 4000 products right before Black Friday. There was no customer service support available for the other app.

This app came through for us in the clutch, and customer support went above-and-beyond helping us trouble shoot issues that they didn't even cause in the wee hours of the morning. (Shout-out to Olga.) With her help we managed to get our store operating again literally minutes before our Black Friday email blast was sent out.

Amazing app if you need to reprice your whole store in just a few clicks, i.e. a seasonal sale event, clearing out warehouses, etc. You can add different percentage or absolute value discounts to different collections, it is easy to create rules based discounts. The discounts are managed through API, so they are only active while the app is installed (and as long as you are paying for it), so don't think you can install, delete within the trial period and it will still hold. I think this functionality should be part of core Shopify app, but since it not, this is the next best option. We are running our summer sale event through the app and it attracted many new customers to us. Good ROI on this app!

An Awesome App! I thought the price might be a bit high for me, but after trying some cheaper Apps that were a disaster! This App is Excellent, highly reccomend it for ease of use, so many options.

This is a great app! It works as promised, and it is easy to use. But to make it even better, I have found their support well prepared, polite, and prompt. I highly recommend this app!

Excellent ability to apply discounts in a granular way & also show original price. Saves us having to use Pricebooks in Vend.

This is a huge time saver, enter your up-coming specials, set the start and end date and you are done!
Easy to use, very helpful support team if you need it.
Could be improved by having a SAVE button at the top and bottom of each page where you create a new rule.
