Countdown doesn't show in my website frontend, very disappointed I was not able to contact you through your tickets

Countdown doesn't show because you haven't turned on the app status.
We have turned it on. You can check countdowns now.
The app eliminates discounts by itself and once the campaign is ongoing, you cannot modifiy anything and you need to do it all again.
While a discount campaign is running, it's impossible to modify it.

I am using the app but I am having a trouble with my cart and checkout page, it does not display discounted/sale price and the slashed original price of my products.
Thanks for your feedback. The original price doesn't show in the cart because of your theme. It's not the error from our app. Please check your theme.
I searched a lot for an app for discounted variants and collections. It's good for this matter. The app would be more efficient if a campaign could be duplicated, or could be modified once it's active (if you mistake something you can only delete it which is frustrating if you discounted manually some variants of products). For an app of 14.99 dollars/month this features should be mandatory. It would be nice if the discounted products could be organized in a Collection (SALES for example). I manually add discounted products in a Collection named Sales and when you have hundreds of products it's not very efficient to add/remove manually products in/from a Collection. Hope to see improvements soon.

The plugin its almost good, but I can't set a discount for a quantity, like above 5 items 10% ... unfortunelly ☹️

Love the concept and when it worked it worked wonderful. But that being said i had trouble getting the discounts and timer to work properly. The discounts would show up only about 50% of the time on the website and after trying to reset a 1 week timer, it would not let me choose anything less then 30 days. Would like to use this app if these issues are fixed.

I can see how this would be good for providing a discount for a product, but not for issuing discounts based on quantities of product. For example, I want to offer a discount only when a customer purchases 3 of a single item. I may try again later with the app, but right now, I do not think it meets my needs.

I used this app to do 12 days of discounts for Christmas. Some of my items were discounted a certain % and some were discounted down to a certain $$ amount. The percent discount worked find. The $$ discount didn't. Apparently my definition of "fixed price" is the price the item should be after discount, but the developer's definition of "fixed price" means how much to subtract from the original price, which is actually the "amount to adjust". I wanted the price to go from $7 down to $4 but the app set the price to $3. Not what I wanted. I did like the scheduling feature and the count down timer.
When I first tested the app, it didn't work - The price never changed on the item. Support had their tech look at it, and the next day, I tested again. The first test failed, but then the second time, it worked. While that test sale was running, I tested the countdown timer feature. The first time I clicked the tab for that, I got a "cannot load page" error, but then on refresh, it loaded and I was able to very easily get a Black Friday timer showing on the live page.
The app looks great on the customer-facing side and having these three features together is a great idea. Currently, though, I'm not 100% sure of its reliability, hence the 3-star review. I hope to be able to run more tests (because sometimes, after all, it might be Shopify that's having an issue) and if they execute as expected, I'll update this review with more stars.
