Keeps giving 'Loading Failed' error or when it doesn't, it shows all discounts as having zero effect. What the heck is wrong? I'm losing customers and income! This must be fixed ASAP or I uninstall this app and ask for refund.
We appreciate any feedback that helps us but you have not yet replied to our open ticket from today or shared any links that could help us identify the cause. Since this is the first report we had, it would really help to get more infos to help you out! We are waiting currently for store access, a preview link to a theme copy or any information, that could help us solve your issues. The app block is currently disabled so we are not able to test this on your store - we are waiting for your reply or store access. Thank you!
The app works great and the support is good. It allowed our customers to enter discount codes directly in our cart page.

5 stars 100% super fast to install and the customer service is awesome. We use this app because we have express check out and customers can't express checkout because the discount code is in the next step! So to add the discount code before going to check out is a perfect solution - this app fixed that problem for us! :) :)
