My main use case for this app was a simple wholesale solution. I wanted to give certain customers (via customer tags) a discount + free shipping. This app did precisely that.
The install was super easy and using it is straightforward. I had a slight hiccup (software bug) and their team took care of it immediately so I was up and running 100% within a couple of hours.
There's real value here, even for a free app.
