First of all this aint no bot review im telling the truth

This app is by far the best For setting up discounts on shopify, customer support even made a custom discount just for me!
easy to use with lots of choices for types of discount + doesnt slow down your website like all the others , no complaints at all, 5 stars from me

I've NEVER had a BETTER customer experience!

I've spent hours upon hours trying to get around and find a solution, to Shopify's lacking discount settings. I ended up finding a complex and irritable solution using 3 of my valuable 5 automatic discounts on Shopify. BUT then the absolute legends at Discount Mixer, especially Rory, legitimately made a personal discount code on their backend, to meet my very specific needs, and are even considering adding my needed features to their app! I mean come on now... Now all my headaches and problems are gone and I will be able to add as many automatic discounts as I want, completely bypassing Shopify's dumb limit of a maximum of 5 automatic discounts.

And all this for FREE! I've never seen anything like it - 1000 out of 10 stars!

MUST HAVE DISCOUNT APP AND THE MOST INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
After weeks of trailing apps and developers telling me the discount I needed was not possible, I started losing hope. Then I found Discount Mixer. All it took was one message to the team, who did not instantly reject my idea, and created a solution for me in under 24 hours. By far the best customer service I have received on the platform. The guys are doing an amazing job.

They really helped meet my need when no other app could and were quick and friendly. I needed a coupon code for my online store with specific parameters that Shopify didn't have, and after installing and tinkling with a couple of other discount/promo apps, which also didn't offer what I needed (plus, charged $$$), I turned to Discount Mixer. They had a live chat and I reached out to them to help me create the specific coupon I wanted, and they worked on it immediately. Their turnaround time was amazing, in less than 24hrs they had already implemented the discount coupon I requested with the correct parameters. If I hadn't found Discount Mixer, I would've had to scrap this promo altogether!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I spent hours trying to find a solution to a need for our next promotion which starts in a week. Found these guys and Max was the best! Installed the app, explained what we needed and had a solution in 24 hours. We are able to now have promotions on our higher priced items, give a deep discount but limit # of unit each customer can purchase. Shopify only does minimums not max just like all other apps except this one. Customizing discounts help make better sales!

Excited to find this app. Excited to now have the capabilities to do more with our promotions.
