The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. I had an issue with my sale items still qualifying for free shipping at checkout. If both a regular-priced item and a sale item were in the cart, the promotion applied when it shouldn’t have. I reported the problem, and they fixed it quickly—within a day. Throughout the process, support was always available and ready to help if I needed any further changes.
