Discount Ninja Promo Engine

I had an issue with Discount Ninja After downloading multiple discount apps on the Shopify App Store, none of them would accept free shipping as a discount code. I assumed it was because shipping differs depending on location. I could not run my Groupon campaign without the discount code for my buying option and free shipping together. Discount Ninja allows me to do just that! I have not got into anything other discounts, yet because I don’t need them, but it looks like it has everything you need for an online store. Once I synced the app with my store I immediately starting setting up the app when I encountered a problem. When I clicked on install and sync assets, I would get an error message saying “The app is not (fully) installed on the live theme or test”, so I contacted customer support and within less than 10 minutes, Andrea was helping me with this issue. She helped me troubleshoot some issues but the issues needed collaborator access. I was then contacted by Eloy telling me the issue was sent to developer support. I was then contacted by Bart telling me the issue was sent to him and in less than an hour, of him getting the issue, the issue was resolved. In a matter of fewer than 3 days, the issue I had, was resolved. Besides the days, I appreciate the attention of the people involved on this issue and I appreciate the team feel the company evokes. Great app to optimise your marketing campaigns, f.e. there is no more need to add manual coupon codes, the app will take care of that automatically for your customer, same applies to free shipping coupons and various other very useful offers/campaigns you can create. Everything is fully customizable in the app, which leave nothing to be desired.
The customer support from Bart is outstanding, he is always going the extra mile to find a solution for every problem.

We really recommended this app! Bart and their team supporting you all the time and the fast way. I recommended use this to Shopify because I didn't find another with so many variants on sales.

All I can say is GREAT customer support. The app is very robust, so there are many different ways that it can be configured. It's a bit of a learning curve, but once you get it...it's NICE!!! But we were able to things moving within a couple of days after the support team did everything to make sure the app was configured correctly. They even recommended a 3rd party filter app which is compatible with the dynamic pricing.

This APP is amazing. One of the best apps if you want conversions. The customer service is top notch, you get your bang for your buck with this one

Very happy with this app, i have been using the site wide discount popup and it has been converting very well. I love the layout, it looks professional and the fact that it has a timer for the code is great! Love it and would definitely recommend it :)

I used this app to combine discounts plus show discounts on product pages. It works great. I have a less common theme which caused some issues. Discount Ninja support was extremely helpful and they even set everything up for me.

C'est super comme application. Et l'équipe très présent. J'ai rencontré un problème entre cette application puis une autre que j'utilisais. La programmation de la 2e n'était pas bonne. Les 2 équipes ont travaillé ensemble pour résoudre le problème. Je vous la recommande, sachant que si vous rencontrez un quelconque problème l'équipe vous aidera à le résoudre au plus vite.

One of the few apps that deliver's on its promises! I am pretty sure it will become a huge success soon. The app itself is phenomenal, very innovative and the dynamic pricing feature is indeed unique in its form. I totally recommend it to everyone! Furthermore, the support is awesome and does a great job.
