We like to do GWP promotions in which the gift is preselected. We wanted an app that automatically added this to our carts so our customers didn't have to do anything extra. Works perfectly! Had an issue initially in the set-up (user error). Support was fast & efficient in helping resolve the issue. Looking forward to doing other fun promotions with it.

Our store needed a last-minute app for our Black Friday sales as our previous app was not up to scratch. Within two hours, we'd set up Discount Ninja across our whole store, there were a few issues but these were resolved within 10 minutes, the support team is excellent and active around the clock. There are a few smaller bugs that are prevalent in the app, but I have been assured these are being worked on. So far, the app has been excellent and the customer service has been top-notch, I'd definitely recommend this app if you're looking to provide automatic discount and discounts triggered by links on your store.

We checked a number of different apps to run our discounts. We have a lot of different types of discounts and promotions to run, many overlapping. Discount ninja was able to make every promotion I needed. (some were complicated)
Because this app takes over your cart attributes there was some minor conflict with our custom "special order" items not normally part of standard cart function. I emailed support and got quick replies. Also the support could understand my questions even when talking about coding. Everything got fixed very fast (it was only minor, but complicated to begin with) now our sales behave and checkout perfectly.
After running this for a couple of months we decided to get the maximum plan because its working so well and paying for its self. Thanks!

I'm really impressed with this app! I've tried several sales apps and have had some pretty bad experiences. Discount Ninja is the best I've found. I like that you can set an automatic discount so the customers can see the sale price without adding it to the cart. The popups are great for adding urgency and you can customize them. What I'm most impressed with is the support team! I had a couple issues when I first started and they were incredibly responsive and had things fixed lightning fast. There are tons of customizations you can do and I love that you can upload your own photos to the popups so it fits into your brand. Really good stuff. My only complaint is that you can't schedule sales without subscribing to their $50/month plan. If you'll be running sales and promotions often, this is definitely worth the money

This app was a life saver in preparation for Black Friday! It allowed me to set up multiple promotions, something Shopify does not offer on its back end. I am so excited for all the promotional possibilities and our customers will be very happy! Customer service was GREAT and assisted me right away! I highly recommend this app for stores!

We have been using discount ninja for several months now and it has been working wonders for our store. If we experience any issues, the discount ninja team are always on hand to help and their customer service is amazing. They are continuously upgrading the app to meet customer demands and we cannot wait to see what they have planned for the future. Firstly - exceptional tech support and customer service, not usually found these days. This app supports our complex discount rules and frequent promotions. Customization and reporting is fantastic! Highly recommended.

Discount Ninja is a robust platform that allows us a number of different styles of discounts and keep them organized so they "play well" with one another. The control we have on how the promotions display on our website is also very impressive. There is a learning curve to this App so make sure you have someone willing to dedicate the time and energy to figure it out. If you do, Discount Ninja's support team has proven to be responsive and helpful. We have had some issues after updates in the past but it is usually resolved quickly. Good discounting app.
