Discount Ninja Promo Engine

This app was a life saver in preparation for Black Friday! It allowed me to set up multiple promotions, something Shopify does not offer on its back end. I am so excited for all the promotional possibilities and our customers will be very happy! Customer service was GREAT and assisted me right away! I highly recommend this app for stores!

Discount Ninja is a robust platform that allows us a number of different styles of discounts and keep them organized so they "play well" with one another. The control we have on how the promotions display on our website is also very impressive. There is a learning curve to this App so make sure you have someone willing to dedicate the time and energy to figure it out. If you do, Discount Ninja's support team has proven to be responsive and helpful. We have had some issues after updates in the past but it is usually resolved quickly. Good discounting app.

Since launching our Discount Ninja app earlier this month, we have noticed an uptick in conversions and revenue. We canceled another app in order to give DN a try and are very pleased with the results so far. The team is quick to respond to questions and have a great attitude while working with new customers who are learning the app. DN is best-of-class in my experience.

I used this app to help me set up different automatic discounts applied at checkout on different levels of spend (10% off when you spend $50, 20% when you spend $80, etc) and it works well! Fantastic support and a reasonably easy app to use on the site, anywhere I can't quite work it out I just reach out and they fix it for me quickly and with an excellent explanation that's easy to follow, understand and apply where necessary. Highly recommend.
