Discount Ninja Promo Engine

Fantastic support and a reasonably easy app to use on the site, anywhere I can't quite work it out I just reach out and they fix it for me quickly and with an excellent explanation that's easy to follow, understand and apply where necessary. Highly recommend.

Discount Ninja is a very comprehensive app with many discount and Bogo options. The also have very responsive and helpful customer support.

We investigated plenty of other discounting apps, Discount Ninja seems to be the most comprehensive. We needed help to get some setup sorted out as to get things setup how we wanted them. The support was fantastic, timely and with great follow up. We will be making recommendations and feature requests for even more options, but out of the box, this app was almost exactly what we were looking for. Lots of options and customization. Would definitely recommend. Keep up the great work and keep the features coming! Kudos.

Great all rounder app with many useful features. Support has been quick and easy to deal with. Threy were a great help with the initial set up and swiftly fixed a minor issue we had recently. thumbs up:)

Installed this app and had a few issues to start with, support initially took a few days due to the COVID issues. However Bart from there support contacted via email and fixed all my issues, he even went to the lengths of creating videos to set things up how we needed it.
Brilliant app and support was very good, I would highly recommend.

I'm still learning how to use the app, however the support is excellent, they are quick and really spend the time to help you by scheduling google meets, so you get live support and not just via email/chat, which I think is very helpful!

I installed the Discount Ninja App and I am not technically savvy, so I reached out to their customer support. Andrea responded and was excellent! She walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. I am extremely pleased with the service and very excited about the upcoming results using the App.

Super apps, utilisée quasiment 1 ans, mais elle alourdi le site (selon google insight). Prendre en compte le rapport solution apportée / poids de l'apps.
