Automatic discount doesnt work properly. Really annoying and frustating. Eventho I did everything right.
Thank you for your review, we appreciate your feedback. Please note that Automatic discounts do work properly. I notice you uninstalled after ~2 hours. Perhaps you expected to see discounted prices before checkout? On some themes you need to request Dynamic Pricing setup in order for that to work. Fortunately, our support team is available 24x7 and can set this up for you free of charge. Simply request it in the app from the dashboard or from Settings > Dynamic Pricing > Installation. 100% coverage of all aspects I could have thought of. I didn't know about it, I stumbled upon it by mistake. the only problem I have I can't evaluate its influence on site speed ???
I really do want to love this app. It does have a lot of great settings and customizations that you can use. Unfortunately, after using it extensively on my site for almost two months, it has caused so many mission critical problems with my theme. The support was ok at first but seems to has gotten much slower and unable to help resolve much.
For example, right now one of my most popular items is being given away completely free to users, instead of BOGO.
This is just the latest in a series of glitches that end up making my site look bad, run slowly and sometimes completely break during the checkout process. Conversion rates have gone down. Look elsewhere :(
