The support team got back to me in seconds! They were able to do all the coding and really tailored the style of the box to fit my stores theme. I would recommend this if you are selling to older audiences because they can have trouble finding the discount code box and that can decrease conversions.

I installed the app yesterday, the creator helped me a lot to design the discount field as I imagined it on my cart page. I already got a few sales where the customer used the promo code and I'm really glad about it. Thank you!

Seems like a great app but support hasn't responded in 3 weeks despite numerous followups. Very basic issues like ugly red text displaying the moment the page loads.

1. The app does not work and its damaging my business
2. I raised the issue twice but have had no customer support
3. In summary this is a terrible app with even worse customer service.

Really sad I have to uninstall this app. I really loved it when it worked but have been trying to get support for a critical issue where customers can not add the discount code and the "Apply" button just spins and spins and never does anything. Luckily a customer notified me about this but I can't imagine how many frustrated customers I lost because the app wasn't and isn't functioning. Hope you fix the issues with this and sorry to have to say goodbye.

Support needs significant improvement. I've been chasing, but they just don't get back to you! They send automated emails, but never actually answer your questions or requests. When the support guys DID eventually get back, they made the app live on our store with a bug that affected checkout, even after I specifically said: "Do NOT to make the app live unless the bug is fixed". Well, the bug is still not fixed, support just enabled the app anyway, and now they won't respond, this is the 3rd time I've tried to get this app to work, it works perfectly on another store, and without the bugs, it can do the job, but without the right support, it's useless. Really disappointing.

Was very helpful and quick in customising the look of the discount code field on cart page to suit the theme I was using.

Customers constantly complained that the discount code box gets stuck in an endless loading loop and never actually applies the code. Reached out multiple times with no resolution. Decided to try a different app that seems to have all good reviews. Such a shame as this app looked great and was easy to install but again was not reliable for us at all.
