Dcode ‑ Discount codes in Cart

The app doesn't seems to work properly, it doesn't recognize active discounts as valid. After I contacted support team about the issue, they replied me at least one time asking me disc. codes for testing purposes then they disappeared, leaving me without any further answer. A bit unreliable,I don't recommend it.

1. The app does not work and its damaging my business
2. I raised the issue twice but have had no customer support
3. In summary this is a terrible app with even worse customer service.

I dont know why this APP have so many good reviews. It happens often that it shows that the discount code is not valid. You get no notifications from the App that the App is not working.

This is a fantastic app to help overcome the issue of the hidden discount code on the checkout page for mobile. I was having trouble setting it up because I'm not very techy but support did it for me over the chat. Ashrit was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I installed this app and needed help with setup and placement - it was sorted for me within a couple of hours and looks great on my cart - would love it if you were able to stack discounts with this app though.

Great App, works really well with Shopify's built in discount system. I used it to get around the issue of Apple Pay not working with Shopify discounts. Highly recommend paying the $5 to get a team member do a custom integration with your store to greatly improve store loading time with it.

Excellent support. I have upgrade to have discount applied to the cart page, not too expensive. So far so good.

Installed this app as it looked like a great solution. Unfortunately half way through a big promotion my customers could not use the discount code so lost a load of money and it was very stressful. When it works, it's great but there are clearly elements to this app that need fixing before it is used on a mainstream basis.

Just spent $200 on a new theme just to find I couldn’t keep my discounts on my cart because my new theme didn’t offer that option. Ashrit from the customer service team helped when I installed it and couldn’t get it in the exact spot I needed. ashrit did an amazing job. i emailed them asking them to help the discount bottons match my colour scheme of my website. they not only did that but made it fit into the cart area and made it look very professional. also they did it in less than 24 hours! couldn't ask for anything better. if you are looking to improve your store this will definitely help you out 100% recommend to everyone.

Great addition to my webshop, it took me a couple of hours trying to get the discount code in my cart properly, didnt work out. when i contacted the support chat Ashrit helped me out and set up the discount code + button under 10 minutes. It looks great now and would definitely recommend using their software. if you need help ask for Ashrit!

Helped to set up the APP accounting to theme. Not sure how much it will leads to sales, but it helps customers to see the discount before payment page.

Very useful app. Haven't found anything else that does exactly what it does. Loading speed for the discount bar was an issue but the developer offered to do a free installation straight into the theme and now it works perfectly. Impressed by both product and service.
