Support for this app is a total disaster. Never in my life have I encountered such an unprofessional and ignorant approach to the customer. Support does not listen to customers, they pretend that the problem has been solved and do not write back. I pay for a subscription, and when I had a problem that prevented me from opening the store, support ignored it, did not write back. I had to change to another app. I do not recommend the app, bad treatment of customers, waste of time and money.

Customers can't go to checkout due to some app issue. Have to uninstall and look for another solution. Support didn't resolve the issue for over 3 weeks...

Sadly today the discount table disappear and the head of support James emailed me saying they are getting rid of this app. No longer giving support. He asked me to uninstall. They offered me 4 months refund. That worth the 1 star. Do not install this app anymore.

It doesn't work with Multi-Currency Checkout which is annoying, because I am paying for ads and customers come then abandonee at the checkout page. It would be ideal if it worked with multi currency. Because I have used this app before

It simply doesn't work
When you add your products into your cart
Everything seems to work very well
And once you want to check out, the customer finds itself with the non-discounted price lol, what a great surprise for them

I really like Booster Apps, but unfortunately this one completely broke my store. Most notably it broke my quantity selector so it could never be more than 1, but also completely changed my home page format to the original one - pretty frustrating. Hopefully they will fix it as I see other reviews with similar feedback lately. Strongly recommend you save your theme code before installing!

fuc*** app.. installed something in my code, now my "shop" and "home" button on bottom is gone.. fu** this app i hate it, now i need to move to shopify support team to ask where is the problem. never again!!! ( i use gempages)

Can you imagine!! I spent months working on my store and I was ready to launch. Their app wasn't working and I tried to fix the bug by following what their instructional video advised. Guess what happened!!! MY WHOLE STORE DISAPPEARED!!!! ALL OF IT!! AND THERE IS NO ONE AVAILABLE TO HELP!!!!1. I DON'T EVEN WANT TO GIVE ONE STAR!!
