We've had this app for many years, and it was working well. With recent changes however, it no longer works properly and support is poor. First it frequently crashed customers' carts. Those that didn't crash just had the discount disappear at checkout, which made it look like we were deliberately offering a non-existent discount. We had many customer complaints. Shopify told us to keep it installed so it could be fixed, which was brutal. Eventually I decided to uninstall and look elsewhere. After several weeks it was 'fixed' and we had it reinstalled. It now takes the discount offered on one item and spreads that out over all the products in the cart. A $10 discount on one item now becomes $1.67 on that item and so on down the cart. It looks ridiculous and is confusing. I should say that strongly suspect that the issues this app is having are because of Shopify code changes that they have not acknowledged and have caused problems to many apps and themes. Still, Shopify apps need to be able to adapt in the Shopify environment.
Seems ok so far! It looks much more professional than other discount apps and was very easy to implement.
I would like the discount to show up sooner. It's confusing to the customer especially on mobile

I got this app because I can manage different discounts with different minimums, also because it helps to upsell by displaying text under the item the customer added to cart... buy another one and get 20% discount... things like that... but what I really don't like is when customers from abandoned carts return for purchase, the discount is not applied, resulting in lost sales...
This is what support had to say about this issue:
The reason why abandoned carts do not receive the discounts is that when the customer decides to go back to finish the order, they go straight away to the checkout page. Please take note that for the discounts to be applied, the customers should pass through the cart page. If they go directly to the checkout page, they will see a message that the discounts are not applicable anymore. ......
Well I can't control the auto recovery abandoned cart emails...... Not sure if this is they way discount apps behave, but for customers, if a discount is offered a discount should be applied no matter what, from the cart, directly to the checkout, etc, etc.... so I have lost many sales

It has all the necessary features but the app breaks in the checkout page and displays the wrong price and all are overlined. Got in touch with the support many times but they can't seem to fix it.
Sometimes doesn't works, and customers reporting this issue.

For other ones, customer see discount, but charged full amount!!
About to use this app. So far it looks good. Hopefully it increase my AOV. From what I've heard it definitely sounds like the go.
I haven't really tried it yet , but it seems interesting. I am a newbie and a new player on e-commerce, user friendly apps is a number one for me. Hope this apps really help.
