Works as promised. Even if you don't 100% understand it they have great customerservice.

I just worked with Hasti to set up my first campaign. Hasti was very quick to respond and was able to walk me through all the steps. Hasti was patient and offered many options for all my questions.

The campaign works well but I wish I could add a Promo Label to the Cart/Checkout step so clients could associate the name of the promotion to the discount.

Otherwise, for right now, the APP lets me exclude products with specific tags and that's what I need the most.

Had an issue (think it was my mistake) reached out to support on a Sunday afternoon and they jumped straight on to help me resolve. Support is perfection.

App works very well

Great app, really use to use and does what it says. We are launching a new campaign in 24 hours, so it was important to get it right, and understand it, pdq. Excellent service from Dela and the team.

Malika was beyond amazing! She helped us resolve website issues with the Discounty app so we can give our Divas discounts fast!

Help support is great! Quick and reliable

Super simple and great app. Exactly what I needed. Support from Mason was great. The only recommendation for the app would be the ability to self move Blocks on the Products page, for example, the Countdown timer. Other than that, perfect!

Went through a few of the bulk discount apps, and Discounty is the one we went with.

I have an older liquid based theme, so alot of the newer apps wont work with it.

Had a couple issues setting it up so i contact them through their chat.

Nilou answered the chat and boy was she awesome. She stuck on the chat for like 2 hours helping get everything setup and went above and beyond changing some of the color schemes in liquid.

That right there sold me on using Discounty. By far the best support ive had on any product.
