Discounty: Bulk Discount Sales

The app is great. I needed help to combine it with other discounts and the Customer Care team member Pearl was kind enough to go through every step and make sure the issue was solved.

Works great! It's surprising that some basic features, which one would expect Shopify to include, require an additional app like this. Nonetheless, the app performs exceptionally well, and I highly recommend it.

Great app to run discounts, very intuitive and excellent customer support!

Just got started with this app and reached out to support since this was all new to me. They were very responsive! The App is great so far. Better than what I was using. Easy to use. Stella, the customer support agent was incredible. She answered all my questions, was very patient and even offered to do customizations at no charge! Wish customer service was like this everywhere! So many of these other apps are never available or slow to reply. Kudos to the Discounty team!!

Excellent customer service. had an issue with template compatibility, however this was resolved quickly and efficiently. Hopefully the fast responsive customer service will continue.

A couple of teething issues with the first discount I launched so went through to their CS team on livechat. Nilou came through to me straight away and spent so much time with me identifying the initial problem, rectifying, then going on to coach me through analytics and further planning with it.

Useful app for bulk-discounting. The filters make it convenient to follow markdown guidelines for our store.

Customer Support is helpful as well. The AI Assistant needs slight improvement, but Dela was insightful in helping make product tags visible. (Limited to 250 tags)

5 stars for customer support (shoutout to Nareh!) so knowledgeable, responsive and quick to help us!

Really like it so far, it has a nice variety of discounts to use, easy to set up.

The only issue is that is doesn't display bulk/bundle discounts (ie. get 3 for 30% off) on the main "shop now" page - you only see it in the product page. I hope they will changes this so customers can immediately see that we offer these discounts.
