This app is a major bonus for our store. We are able to stay competitive on pricing without having to jump through hoops. The app is super easy to set up and manage. If you run into a snag, customer service is AMAZING! I had an issue with my campaigns not returning products correctly due to a bug on Shopify's side. The Discounty support team, especially Harry, provided outstanding assistance. He suggested using product tags as a workaround and guided me through the process patiently. Their responsiveness and professionalism made a frustrating situation manageable. Highly recommend!

App had a little problem showing the countdown timers - but this app makes it super convenient to set discounts on multiple items without having to create a discount code. Also Customer service was SO FAST and helpful - shoutout to Nilou for their speedy assistance.
I wish there was a feature to show the countdown timer on the website homepage during a sale, but maybe this will be a feature in the future.
