Discounty: Bulk Discount Sales

Troye was absolutely awesome and quick in helping me address my (user!) errors. Haha So grateful for wonderful support that makes running a small business so much easier!!

100% would recommend this app. The tech team were amazing and contacted us immediately after we encountered an issue, then stayed with us in real time throughout the whole process. We've used a number of sales driven apps before that have been super glitchy, but Discounty is in a league of its own. Don't bother with other apps, do yourself a favour and use Discounty!

Discounty has been incredibly easy to set up and use. Any questions I had were quickly resolved. Hasti has been so helpful!

Awesome App for Discount and professional Support team :)

I had a couple of issues to discuss. They were resolved very quickly and professionally.
I have no hesitation in recommending anyone to use this app.
Excellent support for the team.
Thank You.

1. Installed and 2nd discount wouldn't work.
2. Messaged help desk.
3. Next day they apologized in email for not responding saying they were helping black Friday customers and couldn't get to our concerns.
4. Then they explained that their app isn't working with Shopofy collections despite being advertised and an option.
5. They asked us to handle the discount by either individually tagging or selecting all 2500+ items... by hand...

Requested refund and deleting app as they have no resolution planned.
