Harry was incredibly helpful getting Discounty set up for our Shopify store. He answered all of my questions quickly, walked me through the setup, and made sure our promotions worked exactly the way we wanted. Customer support has been excellent, and the app has made it much easier to manage scheduled sales and discounts. The app works well, and they have a responsive and helpful support team. We made a request for some customization to help clarify messaging for our customers on the front end, and it took 8 months but they did make the change available.

Amazing customer service! The app itself is very easy to use and provides a lot of great features. Seems like it may be a little pricey, but it will 100% increase your conversion when people are on your site and can see the live discounts and set up any other features you may want. We have seen a noticeable increase in revenue during our sales period and are extremely happy with it.
