A bit pricey, but the service is quite good, with a friendly attitude and quick responses.
The team member was super patient and helpful. A very short wait (60 secs) to get a human to replace the bolt! We worked thought some trouble shooting and the conversation was easy to follow. The start up is very restrictive, but a good way to see if it is worth an upgrade
Stella was helpful and helped me with our Shopify store, and now Discounty is even better for us. Thank you so much!
I would recommend this software to others. The customer service is very good and the interface is relatively easy to use.
I highly recommend this app for anyone who need easily applicable discounts on multiple products. Not to mention the very helpful and supportive team behind the app that's willing to go the distance to make what you want happen!
