I haven't yet tried all of the features, but the support is speedy and supportive!
The customer support is beyond amazing! I was really impressed by how they offer to help since the beginning, without you even asking for help. Really impressive how they go above and beyond for you to make the most out of the app.
After cancelled they still keep billing me! Horrible
We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. According to Shopify's billing policies, recurring app charges are generated at the start of each billing cycle. This means that a charge will appear on your bill even if you uninstall an app mid-cycle.
We have verified that no further payments were processed after your uninstallation. Despite this, we understand the frustration this has caused and are committed to issuing a refund.
