I've been using the Discounty app on my Shopify store, and so far, it's been an excellent tool for offering discounts to customers. It's super easy to set up and use, and I was able to launch discount campaigns quickly. Special thanks to Dela from the support team for providing excellent assistance when I had questions — very responsive and helpful!

One area in which I'd love to see improvement is the design customization options. While the functionality is solid, having more flexibility to customize the look and feel of the discount banners or pop-ups would be a fantastic addition.

Overall, it is an excellent app for anyone looking to manage discounts on their store efficiently. It just needs a bit more on the design front to make it perfect!

I just worked with Hasti to set up my first campaign. Hasti was very quick to respond and was able to walk me through all the steps. Hasti was patient and offered many options for all my questions.

The campaign works well but I wish I could add a Promo Label to the Cart/Checkout step so clients could associate the name of the promotion to the discount.

Otherwise, for right now, the APP lets me exclude products with specific tags and that's what I need the most.

Discounty has been the most complete, most feature-rich discount app we have used, and we have used several. I would highly recommend this app for stores that utilize automatic volume-based discounting.

Their support team is very quick to respond, and they were able to add a special feature for us and even squashed a bug quickly that was affecting our theme.
