I had a few issues with my custom theme interfering with the app. Even when it says they are away, I have been getting timely help. Recently Dela helped me and she was quick and wonderful. She even offered to help with my countdown timer, which I had not asked for, but I'm so glad I have it now.

First time using the Discounty app and Nareh was so helpful with all of our questions! We were having a lot of difficulty with the "Bold Discounts" app and frantically switched to Discounty during our Boxing Week Sale.
