Very easy to set-up, intuitive interface, with significant value in the "free" and "lite" packages.

I had an issue with discounts combining and got great customer service quickly.

Sam was great helping us get started with Discounty. We were on Propel but they discontinued their app so we had to search for a new bulk editor. I talked with Miles via email and he reassured us that Discounty would work for us great and now Sam has shown that they provide excellent customer service help vis the chat. We've run our first test sale and everything looks great! Thank you for the excellent customer service.

This app is a major bonus for our store. We are able to stay competitive on pricing without having to jump through hoops. The app is super easy to set up and manage. If you run into a snag, customer service is AMAZING! They are very fast to respond, know their product inside and out, and accept recomendations as to how to (possibly) improve this great app. I highly recommend this app to anyone with a Shopify store (so, everyone!). I don't know what we would do with out it!

I've just installed the app, it seems very easy to navigate. I had a bit of an issue with my widget not showing up, But Nareh at customer service was so kind and speedy!
