Discounty: Bulk Discount Sales

Amazing customer service! The app itself is very easy to use and provides a lot of great features. Seems like it may be a little pricey, but it will 100% increase your conversion when people are on your site and can see the live discounts and set up any other features you may want. We have seen a noticeable increase in revenue during our sales period and are extremely happy with it.

So far so good! Any glitch I have had has turned out to be a simple click of the right button. The help has been amazing and they are very quick to answer. Set up was really easy and the templates are customisable and look good without needing to be tweaked. Special mention to Sam and Nilou who have been helping me.

Very useful app. We've been able to run a range of different discount campaigns. In the odd occasion we need assistance the support have been very helpful, particularly Miles!

I reached out via the help chat and the person I spoke with, Miles, went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did they solve my issue quickly, they also helped me with a few additional things that technically weren’t even part of their role.

Apps are only as good as the people behind them, and this interaction honestly made me trust and appreciate Discounty even more. Highly recommend, not just for the features, but for the support team as well.
