The application is really easy to use, intuitive, and complete. At first, we could not make it work on our "headless" store front end but their technical team resolved the issue within one business day.

I really appreciate the customer support of the app. They created my custom requests without hassle.

2nd update: I love their customer service and their commitment for their customers. But the app always scares me. I received the full refund for the bug and offered discounts for the future. But the feeling of what if this happens again disturbs me lot.

Update: This one is the most frustrating app I ever used. Even single discount campaign can ruin your whole shop with this app.
The app changes prices of the products more than you created the campaign. And permanently changes the prices in your whole shop.
To give precise example.
I launched a new product from $34.90.
I created a "General Discount" for 20%
The new discounted price should be $27.90
But Discounty made it $19.90.
So far it can be a bug or something no problem. I deactivated the campaign.
Now problem starts.
The discounty changed the main price of the product to $24.90. From nowhere it changed $34.90 to $24.90. And it is permanent. Campaign is not active. And all my products are effected due to this error.
Now I have to fix every prices in my shop one by one. They all changed. No campaigns are active but dozens of prices changed in my admin panel. So frustrating. Time consuming. And cost me lot of money. Stay away from this app. It is not even cheap.
