descuentos erróneos. Machaca códigos descuento de shopify.. un desastre
When you frequently experience Discounty reverting the product price back to a wrong price point, then trust in the app vanish.
The app notifies about issues regarding this topic, but they somehow blame Shopify. If that's the case, I don't understand why Discounty even offers use of this app, when it's apparently not stable.
La voy a tener que borrar, no me sirvió, estaría bien que agregaran desde el inicio en los precios de producto tachado el precio regular y el precio nuevo en rojo. Tira muchas ventas porque el descuento se ve hasta el carrito
I had an extremely frustrating experience with the customer service. Unfortunately, it was disasterously poor. When I reached out for assistance, I was met with unhelpful responses and a rude attitude that suggested a complete lack of understanding of their own system.
It felt like I was talking to a robot rather than a person who could assist me. I expected much better support, but this experience has left me thoroughly disappointed. I hope they address these issues soon!
verry bad, changes all prices to a wrong discount. when you delete the discount and unabled the spp it still shows the discount. need to chsnge it manualy

NOT WORK WELL
It got really annoying. Constant errors with dynamic categories, terrible loading times, no reasonable selection with many variants but doom scrolling (search function unusable). Campaigns virtually impossible to edit once they are live.
Tiene muchos problemas , para quitar campañas es muy complicado ya que se quedan activas en algunos productos y no hay manera de quitar el descuento , su servicio de soporte pesimo , no te da respuesta y tienes que mandar correos , se pierde dinero ya que tienes que eliminar tus productos .
...The App is great and can do great stuff.
However, I had a problem with different markets and contacted the support. Instead of stating the app can't do this in the way I thought it could, support started to change all my fixed secondary market prices without letting me know or backing up anything beforehand, resulting in random product prices with discounts that were higher prices than before the sale. I ended up in the chat with the support for 3 hours with no clear answer or solution, with me having to revert the mess she created.
So as I said. the app is great. But support tonight was the worst ever. Not only wasn't she able to clearly communitcate what the situation was, but also she put the shop upside down without realizing what she was doing. Please educate your staff before they are allowed to work on shops that are actually selling products!
Going to bed now 4 hours after a simple question in the support chat, fixing the mess and finding a workaround.
