Dela spent nearly 3 hours with me going through the changes I needed. I was at work, so my replies were very slow; she was patient and read and tried to understand what I needed. Nothing seemed too complicated. I was honestly highly impressed with the level of customer service; it was the best. But most importantly, all the issues were sorted!

The app is very easy to use. They have good quick customer service. Melika was great at answering our questions.

The only issue with the app I see that can be a major issue, is that it discloses your sales data to your team. So if you're a company that doesn't disclose sales numbers / order volume with certain employees who will be using the app that will be an issue, however, hopefully they look into resolving this.

This is undoubtedly an excellent app to run discount campaigns.
