Discounty: Bulk Discount Sales

We’ve been using Discounty to manage large promotional campaigns across our entire store, and it has truly exceeded our expectations. The app is incredibly fast and handles bulk discounts seamlessly, even when applying them to hundreds of products at once. The discounty app was so easy to set up and works perfectly. I am using bulk discounts and wanted to display the table. The table only displayed the % discount, but I wanted to show the price per unit.

It's not yet a feature, the Sam from the support team raised this as a feature request and will let me know when it's built.

The app is easy to use, quick install, great demos and great chat functionality! I wanted to move the volume discount table, reached out via chat, Stella was great and the task was completed within 5 minutes. Excited to try this app and see the results!!!

One of the best things about this, and there are many, is the great customer support it offers. My store is a bit different than others, but their customer support agent Pearl patiently walked me through the process. She was super helpful and clearly an expert at what she does. I've been looking for a quick and seamless way to incorporate a quantity discount mechanism into our site, with a table explaining the discounts on product pages. Discounty was one of the best options i've come across, and Pearl in customer support was amazing at helping with customizations to make it fit right in with the site.

Great app so far!

First time using the app and was really simple and worked perfectly. Dela even checked in at the start of the first campaign to make sure it had all gone to plan. Great service!

...The App is great and can do great stuff.

However, I had a problem with different markets and contacted the support. Instead of stating the app can't do this in the way I thought it could, support started to change all my fixed secondary market prices without letting me know or backing up anything beforehand, resulting in random product prices with discounts that were higher prices than before the sale. I ended up in the chat with the support for 3 hours with no clear answer or solution, with me having to revert the mess she created.

So as I said. the app is great. But support tonight was the worst ever. Not only wasn't she able to clearly communitcate what the situation was, but also she put the shop upside down without realizing what she was doing. Please educate your staff before they are allowed to work on shops that are actually selling products!

Going to bed now 4 hours after a simple question in the support chat, fixing the mess and finding a workaround.
