The customer support is beyond amazing! I was really impressed by how they offer to help since the beginning, without you even asking for help. Really impressive how they go above and beyond for you to make the most out of the app.

The application works better than others I have tried and gives options to use discounts on specific products. I reached out to support for assistance on enabling specific discounts and changes to the widget and Miles was very helpful.

I did try other apps beforehand however uninstalled them due to poor support. Would recommend Discounty.

Good support services

The app works exactly as we intended. We are a supermarket chain so we have a lot of products that need to be put on sales.
The customer service team, especially Setareh is extremely helpful and work quickly to fix our problem.

Customer service team are super helpful and go above and beyond to help - picked up something that wasn't right on my website and helped me to fix it. The app itself is also super easy to use and was exactly was I was looking for.

Yet to go live with the app, but the setup was very straightforward. And customer service was exceptional and fast!
