Probably the worst app to use if you want to actually fight AND prevent chargebacks. Everyone working there is slow to respond, slow to solve issues, and don't care. I was unenrolled from from one of the RDR's or CDRN's (not sure which), and Disputely cared so much, that they didn't even tell me. Overall, terrible company. Had like 50% coverage at one point. Not worth. Go with someone credible like Chargeblast. Literally no point of going with these guys
Extremely disappointed with how Disputely handles ETHOCA alerts.
The entire purpose of ETHOCA notifications is to prevent chargebacks by alerting merchants early so the issue can be resolved before a dispute is filed. However, in our case we were charged for an ETHOCA alert even though the transaction still became a dispute anyway.
If the dispute is already happening, the alert clearly did not serve its intended preventative function — yet the fee was still applied.
For merchants relying on these alerts to reduce chargebacks, being charged for notifications that don’t actually prevent the dispute is frustrating and feels misleading.
I’ve reached out to support for clarification, but this experience makes it difficult to trust the value of the service.
