honestly thought this was gonna be another overhyped service that doesn't deliver. i was wrong. setup was straightforward, support actually responds fast, and the alerts work. not much else to say, it just does what it's supposed to do.
really good staff always helping me out, i win most of my chargebacks to be honest looks like they have a really good system in place. it seems the people who are complaining might be slightly sensetive.
The best chargeback mitigation app I've used to date. Genuine team that addresses and resolves your concerns, answers quickly, and doesn't feel like a corporate AI chatbot when you speak to them.
