dont use this. they will auto refund customers if thier app "thinks" its a "fraudluent charge" had multiple customers emailing us asking why their order got cancelled. unable to receive a clear answer from the support. beware.

Hi there, as we explained via chat, you selected our "Fraud Blocking" feature which uses AI to identify fraudulent orders. Similar to the Shopify fraud analysis, but smarter. You opted to select auto refunds which is not an option that is enabled by default. You could've chosen not to use auto refunding or not to use the fraud blocking service in general. Instead, you chose to leave a negative review.

am very frustrated with my interaction with Abigail. It seems she is not properly equipped to assist customers effectively, and I question why individuals like her are hired for such roles. Despite explaining five times (which admins can verify in our conversation) that I do not use Shopify Payments, she repeatedly provided instructions that require it.

When I asked her to verify the information herself, she admitted she could not locate it and asked me to provide screenshots instead. This highlights her lack of understanding and inability to adapt to customer-specific situations. It also seems like she struggles with English comprehension, as my concerns were not addressed despite being clearly stated multiple times.

I expect better support from your team.

Don't bother with these thieves. They overbilled me $600 and refunded me. But had I not brought it up there is no way to know if they would've refunded those at all. Sad that I had to reach out to get it refunded. Don't see this app lasting much longer.

You received 320 chargeback alerts between 2/14 and 5/3. 23 of your alerts (7%) were not refunded due to issues like "can't find", "duplicate", and "already a chargeback". We refunded these alerts to you promptly and we also proactively flagged these alerts for credits with Ethoca. As we explained to you, these alerts are automatically submitted to Ethoca for credits. We apply refunds/credits once Ethoca approves them.

SCAMED US ALMOST 10k DONT USE THAT APP
We just download disputifier this week
They checked our chargeback on the full history of the shopify
they took all the resolved chargeback of the 6 last years and claimed they resolved themselves
they debited me 9640 dollars today
its a scam
I ll have to charge back the full debit from shopify

You chose our annual plan which clearly states it's an upfront payment for 1 year worth of chargebacks. This plan is customized based on your sales + chargeback volume. Since you had ~$80K in annual chargebacks, this is the plan made for your store.

We sent a reminder email the day before your plan was charged.

This charge was made extremely clear and you were amicably refunded/switched your plan immediately after you requested it.
